Stupid optimist :P

How do you measure success in people. 

There was an interesting point that we measure it by certificates and by first three places that people awarded. In any competition, there are first three places and one or two rewarding places. And the rest of others left the feeling that they are not competitive. But, even a failure, the failures can lead you to success. It is a success that person has tried it whether it was a failure or winning of that time. This person has acknowledged that he/she needs to improve. 

Never see failure as an end. That is the real end. You can improve through practice, reading and more failures. You have failed. So what? Anyone never succeeds with one trial. There is years of practice at the back of that person. For example: in Olympics, people practice and practice for years to win in one annual competition. Never sit back and give up. No one can win without endeavors. I may sound ridiculous and stupid optimist. But this motivation and stupid optimistic feeling never made me feel terrible. Never give up on your dream. Because, you can achieve it someday.
